MulebuyHub does not sell products directly, collect payments, ship parcels, or issue refunds. Return eligibility, refund timing, exchange rules, cancellation windows, and dispute handling are controlled by the external seller, marketplace, or shopping agent used for the order.
If you have already placed an order, contact the platform where you paid for the order.
Use QC checks before shipping
When a shopping agent provides QC photos or warehouse inspection, review size tags, colors, logos, measurements, packaging, and visible flaws before approving international shipping.
Keep screenshots, order numbers, chat records, and payment receipts in case you need to open a dispute with the external seller or platform.
