Match the listing

Check warehouse photos

Use QC photos to inspect shape, logo placement, stitching, color, hardware, tags, packaging, and obvious defects after the item arrives at the agent warehouse.

Decide before shipping

Approve, exchange, return, or request extra photos before international shipping. Once a parcel leaves the warehouse, correction options become limited.

QC Checklist

Product title and image match the item you meant to order
Color, material, print, logos, hardware, and trims look consistent
Size tag, measurements, and fit notes match your chosen variant
No obvious stains, scratches, missing parts, damaged packaging, or wrong model
